SPECIFICATIONS:
Intel Core Ultra 5 Processor 125H/125U with 4x Performance cores and 8x Efficient cores, supporting up to 64GB (4x 16GB) LPDDR5 memory, integrated Intel AI Boost NPU, powerful Intel® Arc™ (7 Xe cores/112 EUs) graphics, supporting three display output through 1x DP, and 2x DP Alternative mode at USB4 Type C , 1x PCIe Gen4 x4 at M.2 M-key connector for NVMe SSD, 2x PCIe Gen4 x4 at a x8 slot, additional 1x PCIe Gen4 x4 at a x4 slot, 2x 2.5GbE LAN, 2x USB 3.x/2.0, 2x USB 2.0, up to 4x COM ports, and headers for 8x GPIO, SMBUs and I2C. An optional BGA-type NVMe SSD on the COM-HPC module is available for discussion on a case-by-case basis.
COM-HPC Modular Architecture
COM-HPC is the new PICMG standard for high-performance Computer-on-Modules. It aims to drive the newest breed of embedded edge servers with limitless scalability for today and tomorrow. The COM-HPC specification defines five different module sizes, with the largest Size E (Server Type) serving next-gen headless edge servers and accommodating up to 8 DIMMs.
