HOW IT WORKS

Ampere Altra 개발 키트는 COM-HPC 서버 베이스 캐리어와 COM-HPC 서버 타입 모듈로 구성되어 있습니다.

이 모듈은 Ampere® Altra® SoC(Arm Neoverse N1 기반 아키텍처)를 탑재하고 있으며, Arm v8.2 64비트 코어를 32/64/96/128개까지 구성할 수 있고, 최대 1.7 / 2.2 / 2.6 / 2.8 GHz의 클럭 속도를 지원합니다. 또한 최대 768GB의 DDR4 메모리를 지원하여 뛰어난 확장성과 함께 전례 없는 성능 대비 전력 효율을 제공합니다.

이 모듈은 수명 주기가 길고 높은 MTBF(Mean Time Between Failures), 엄격한 리비전 관리가 요구되는 전형적인 산업용 임베디드 애플리케이션에 맞춰 설계되었습니다.

COM-HPC Modular Architecture

COM-HPC is the new PICMG standard for high-performance Computer-on-Modules. It aims to drive the newest breed of embedded edge servers with limitless scalability for today and tomorrow. The COM-HPC specification defines five different module sizes, with the largest Size E (Server Type) serving next-gen headless edge servers and accommodating up to 8 DIMMs.
