IMX8M Plus with WiFi ubuntu. wifi not recognised

  Hello,

  I have an IMX8M Plus with WiFi and an Ubuntu image taken from here.

  Now the problem is that the WiFi is not recognized in the OS. Is there no support for it under Ubuntu?

  @Paschalis Pelitaris, Currently WiFi is not enable in Ubuntu. Its stated on our download page here.

  @karamo kanagi Does the wifi also not work if you build Ubuntu using the method here on your support page? Is there a way to get the wifi to work on Ubuntu? I've got an M.2 Intel AC-9260 wifi card and it also doesn't pick up.

  Did you try to connect from command line? it might be that no connection manager is in the image

  Yes I have tried running those commands. The problem is that it doesn't recognise the device. The device doesn't even show up if I run the "sudo lspci" command

  WiFi, Bluetooth are now available on our ubuntu image. you can download the lastest on IMX8MP download page.
