usb header on carrier not work

  I connected the 9-pin Header to the Front panel of my chassis. But when I connected the usb device to the port, It has 5V power, but no usb signal. Cannot see the device in system. How to make USB4-7 header to work? Or need to do some extra settings?

  Hi Jiaheng,

   

  Sorry for USB4, 5 and USB6, 7 aren't supported on the COM-HPC-ALT（Ampere Altra) and only USB0, 1 and USB2, 3 on the rear are workable, cause the carrier are desinged as maxnimum usage based on the PICMG standard, but the mainly I/O capability are based on the platform as the module, 

  For more I/O capability on the COM-HPC-ALT (AADK), please refer to below chart.
